The Retirees have fished two events since last report. On Lake Norman, Doug Sparrow and David O'Shields brought in 11.32 to take the win. They also had big bass of the day with a 2.93 bass. John and Earl Proctor claimed second with 9.45 followed by Willie Winchester and Darrell Hagger with 9.30.
The following week, they were on Lake Hickory and again it was Doug Sparrow and David O'Shields winning, this time with 10.42. Willie Winchester and Darrell Hagger was second with 7.77 and third went to Rick LaMountain and Larry Melton. LaMountain and Melton had big bass of the day with a 2.69 bass.
Moss Lake
The weekly Saturday tournaments on Moss Lake have kicked off. Last week Ronnie Beason and Wayne Miller took the win with 15.96, they anchored that with a 4.16 large mouth. Nathan White was second with 15.76 and third was Jeff Raby and Brent Davis with 13.02.
