The Cleveland County Bass Club held their 12th and final event of the 2010 season last weekend on Lake Norman. With sleet, snow and a cold rain most of the day, catches were still pretty good. Chuck Camp grabbed the win with 9.36, followed by John THE LEGEND Rankin with 7.94. New member, Jason Price landed in third with 7.58 and let it be known that he will contend for the championship in 2011. Tom Mayhew was close behind, in fourth with 7.38 and rounding out the top five was Tammy Melton with 6.76. Mayhew brought in a 2.92 largemouth and took big fish honors. Tyler Hensley took fifth, followed by Chuck Camp, Ronnie Humphries, Larry Melton, Roger Hamrick, Jimmy Melton. A big congrats to Roger Beaver for yet another championship.

KOSA
The retirees didn’t fish last week as we had the cold rain on their day to fish. They are hoping to get one in this week, but temperatures could change that.
Bass Casters
The Bass Casters will fish their December event this Sunday on Lake Wateree and unless the temperature forecast improve, yours truly will sit it out.  Good luck to all who do go.
