Mr. Bruce Howard Hughes, 51, of 105 Knob Creek Drive, Lawndale, NC, passed away Monday, December 8, 2014 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center in Shelby, NC.

He was born in Lincoln County, November 26, 1963, to the late Chevious Frances Hughes and May Belle Bolick Hughes. He was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by one son, Tyler Bruce Hughes of Cherryville, NC, fiancee, Gail McGlothlin; brother, Randy Hughes of Vale, NC; three sisters, Becky Craig of Connelly Springs, NC, Connie Parker, of Vale, NC and Amy Hughes of Newton, NC.

Visitation: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm, Thursday, December 11, 2014 at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home & Cremation Center.

Funeral: 3:00 pm, Thursday at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home & Cremation Center Chapel.

Oficiating: Rev. Roger Webb

Burial: will follow in North Brook Baptist Church Cemetery.
