Mr. Buck Thomas Earls, 63, of 125 Reynolda Lane, Mooresboro, NC, passed away Sunday, November 28, 2010. Services were held at Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at a later date.
Mr. Earls was preceded in death by his parents, Opal and Sarah Earls; 1 brother, John Marvin Earls; and 1 sister, Carolyn Earls.
He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Sallie Irene Crotts Earls of the home; 5 step-children; 6 brothers, Mr. Wilbur Lee Earls, Mr. & Mrs. Opal Dennis Earls, Mr. & Mrs. George Gram Earls, Mr. & Mrs. Joel Dan Earls, and Mr. & Mrs. Arthur Prear Earls, all of Mooresboro, NC, Mr. & Mrs. Max Tracy Earls of Hickory, NC and Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Prear Earls of Gold Hill, NC; 4 sisters, Mrs. Norma Sue Keown and husband, and Mrs. Cynthia Jane Bridges and husband, all of Mooresboro, NC, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Drake of Gaffney, SC, and Ms. Judy Lynn Earls of Cowpens, SC; a very special nephew, Oliver Ken Earls; 4 step-grandchildren; and 1 step-great-grandson.
