Buddy Roger Peeler

Buddy Roger Peeler, 77, of 2745 Camps Creek Church Road, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 5, 2021 at Cherokee Medical Center.

Born in Gaffney, he was the husband of Mollie Elaine Randolph Peeler and son of the late Clarence Edward Peeler and Kathleen Camp Peeler. He was the retired President of Star Manufacturing and was a member of Camps Creek Baptist Church. He was a Mason in the Cliffside Lodge, enjoyed carpentry and construction and NASCAR. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren, and loved his friends and enjoyed fellowshipping with them at Bantam Chef.

Surviving in addition to his wife is a son, Kevin Joel Peeler of Gaffney; a daughter, Sheila Peeler Hulsey (Bruce) of Gaffney; two brothers, Don Peeler (Joann) of Ellenboro, NC and Eddie Peeler (Janice) of Mooresboro, NC; two sisters, Shelba Allison of Mooresboro, NC and Brenda McSwain (Leonard) of Lattimore, NC; three grandchildren, Alan Hulsey, Anna Joy Hulsey and Kaylee Peeler; numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Vivian Orr and Sandra Ivey and a brother, Bob Peeler.

Private Memorial Services will be held by the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Shriner's Hospital, 950 West Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605 or American Lung Association, 55 W. Wacker Drive, Suite 1150, Chicago, IL 60601.

The family will be at their respective homes.
