Callie Louise Kiser Kiser, age 91, of Cherryville passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at Carolina Care Center while surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Kiser was born on August 1, 1924 at home in Gaston County. She was the daughter of the late Samuel Oscar and Epsie Rudisill Kiser. Louise graduated valedictorian from Tryon High School. After attending Lenoir Rhyne College, she worked as a book keeper for Rex Mills in Ranlo. She worked alongside her husband at Kiser Chevrolet for 20 years. Louise was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, The Fellowship Group, WELCA, and Gertrude Rudisill Sunday School Class. She was a lifelong Lutheran growing up in Bethel Lutheran Church, Lincolnton, and a former member of Lutheran Chapel Church, Gastonia.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, David Lewis Kiser and brothers, Herman and Sammy Kiser.

Survivors left to cherish her memory include her sons, David Kiser ( Louanna) Keith Kiser (Kathy) of Cherryville, and Brent (Anita) of Gastonia; grandchildren Brian Kiser (Leigh), Meredith Gaddy (Tom) Suzanne Beam (Lance), Patrick Kiser, Brandon Kiser, and Brittany Kiser; great-grandchildren, Rileigh Kiser, Avery and Landry Beam, and Thomas and Miles Gaddy.

Visitation will be held Saturday, February 13, 2016 from 12:30-2:30 PM at St. John's Lutheran Church followed by a celebration of her life at 3:00 PM with Dr. Eric Childers officiating. Interment will follow in the City Memorial Cemetery. At other times, family will receive friends at the home of David and Louanna Kiser.
