Camilla Arthea Turpin, 58 of Rutherfordton, NC, formerly of Shelby, NC passed away on January 27, 2018 at Rutherford Hospital in Rutherfordton, NC. Born in Mercer County, WV, She was the daughter of the late Ralph Stump. She was preceded in death by her husband Wallace Tracy and sisters Donna Kay Johnson and Denita Stump and a granddaughter Krisiona Parker. Camilla was a loving mother and grandmother who loved the outdoors, flowers and all animals.
