Miss Carey Brooke Heavner, 11 of 118 Circle Drive, Fallston, NC went to be with the Lord, Thursday, September 9, 2010. Services were held at Lincolnton Church of God. Burial followed in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Fallston, NC.
Miss Heavner was preceded in death by her grandfather, Don Heavner.
She is survived by her parents, Michael Dwayne and Kimberly Diann Shelton Heavner; 1 brother, Michael Heavner II of the home; 2 sisters, Jenna Heavner, of the home, and Ivy Childers and husband Bo of Casar; 1 niece, Avery Childers; special best friend, Amber Causby; her grandparents, James and Martha Jones of Fallston, Marshall and Cynthia Smith of Shelby, and Rocky and Debra Shelton of Shelby; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
