Carol Henry Maloney, Jr., 70, of Hickory, passed away Tuesday, September
26, 2017 at Catawba Valley Medical Center in Hickory.

He was born in Cleveland County on December 24, 1946, to the late Carol
Henry Maloney, Sr. and Frances Camp Swink. Carol was the former owner and
operator of Maloney Electric and also served in the US Army.

He is preceded in death by his wife Ina Mae Whaley Maloney.

He is survived by his son, Carol Henry Maloney, III; daughter Chastity Reid;
and four grandchildren.

The family will hold services at a later date.
