Kings Mountain - Mrs. Carolyn H. Daves, 69, of 984 Stoney Point Road, passed
away on Saturday, December 26, 2015 at her residence.

Mrs. Daves was born in Cleveland County, NC on May 29, 1946 a daughter of
the late Oscar Clarence Huff and Dora Lucille Owens Huff of High Shoals.
She was retired from textiles and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by five brothers and
three sisters.

Survivors include her husband of 33 years, John C. Daves, of the home; two
sons, Jay Allen Daves and Troy Allen Huff both of Kings Mountain; and three
grandchildren, Miranda Huff of Kings Mountain; Cody and Rhen Huff of Oak
Island.

Visitation will be 1:45 PM to 2:45 PM, Tuesday at Stamey-Cherryvillle
Funeral Home & Creamtion Service

A Memorial Service will be 3:00 PM, Tuesday at Stamey-Cherryville Funeral
Home & Cremation Service Chapel with Rev. Oscar Hullender officiating.

Burial will be Private.
