| Carolyn Head McDaniel, 75, of Jones Radiator Road, Forest City, died on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at SECU Hospice House of Rutherford County. A native of Catawba County, she was born on August 17, 1938, a daughter of the late Margaret Elam. She was a retired Nanny and had worked in the Plastic Industry. Mrs. McDaniel was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her daughtes, Sheryl Earley Rakes of Forest City and Kimbery Early Mann of Sunshine; one son, Randy Allen Dugger of California; one adopted brother, Jerry McGuinn of Taylor, Michigan; one granddaughter, Summer Toney; two great grandchildren, Elise and Alissa Baker.
A Celebration of Mrs. McDaniel’s Life will be held at 7:00pm on Friday, April 25, 2014 at The A.C. McKinney Memorial Chapel. Visitation will immediately follow the service.
