| Carrie Burke Hudson, age 86, of Grover, went to be with the Lord on May 14, 2012. Services were held at Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel. Burial followed at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City.
She was preceded in death by her husband Noah Carl Hudson; parents Clyde Weldon Burke and Annie Frances Brown Burke; son-in-law Tony Houston Bearden.
She is survived by her daughter Frances H. Bearden of Grover; son, Roger C. Hudson and wife Susan, Clover, SC; brother J. W. Burke of Ranlo; Joseph Daniel Burke, and wife Eveline of Ranlo; 8 Grandchildren; 12 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
Memorials may be made to Carrie Burke Hudson Memorial Fund, 120 Springwood Road, Grover, NC 28073.
Harris Funeral Home in Kings Mountain will be serving the family.
