Catherine Ann Birmingham, age 73, died peacefully on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at her daughter's home. Born in Flushing, NY on January 1, 1944, she was the daughter of the late John Charles and Sarah Copeland Elstob Temple. Cathi was a member of Seaside United Methodist Church at Sunset Beach. She was an XRay Technician at Rosa Road Orthopedic Associates in New York where she retired. Cathi enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, playing golf, cooking, and relaxing on the beach. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Jack Temple.

Cathi is survived by her husband of 51 years, Thomas Birmingham; two daughters, Pamela Birmingham and Russell Hotte of Queensbury, NY. and Stacie Pasco and husband, Brent of Kings Mountain; two grandchildren, Giana Fabozzi and Carly Pasco; and a nephew, Tom Temple and wife Mona of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Memorial service will be held on Monday, March 6, 2017, at 4:00 pm in the chapel of Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home and Crematory. The family will receive friends following the service.
