| Mr. Charles Edward Phillips, Jr., 66, of Shelby, NC, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2011. A Memorial Service was held at Hospice at Wendover Chapel.
Mr. Phillips was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Edward Phillips, Sr. and Ruby Aileen Ballard McCombs Phillips.
He is survived by 2 brothers, William R. Phillips and wife Carol of Shelby and Kenneth A. Phillips of Kings Mountain.
