STANLEY - Charles Richard Haynes, 92, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2016 at Stanley Total Living. Born in Kings Mountain on January 7, 1924 to the late Summey and Beulah Bland Haynes.
Charles is survived by his wife of 23 years, Jeanice Haynes of the home; four step-children, Lloyd Howard, Deborah Jean Parrish, Ronald Vance Howard and William Thomas Howard; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; his lovable and sweet chihuahua mix, Peanut.
He was a loving husband, enjoyed being around people, senior dancing and preaching the news about God's Kingdom.
A 2:00 pm celebration of life memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, 441 S. Pilot Knob Road, Stanley, NC with the Elder Robert Forester officiating.
