Chris Duane Ellis, 56, of 301 Southglenn Drive, passed away on Friday, September 2, 2022 at his residence.

Born in Shelby, NC, he was the son of the late William Ellis and Hazel Hubbard Ellis. He was employed by UPS and of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by several cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Renee Chapman.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.

The family will be at their respective homes.
