Christopher David Wilson, 53, of 1098 Oak Bridge Rd, passed away on Thursday, July 6th, 2023, at Spartanburg Medical Center.

Born in Gaffney, South Carolina, he was the son of Clyde "Jim" and Linda Brown Wilson. Christopher worked at LeMaster Livestock. He loved rodeos, cows, and was a champion bull rider.

In addition to his parents, surviving Mr. Wilson are his sons, Christopher "Brian" Wilson and David "Brock" Wilson; his grandson, Grayson Alan Wilson, and his sister, Kim Wilson Keeter.

The family will receive friends on Monday, July 10, 2023, from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Gordon Mortuary, 400 West Cherokee Street, Blacksburg, SC. Funeral services will immediately follow at 4:00 pm in the chapel with Rev. Sam Adams officiating. Interment will be at Clingman Memorial Gardens. Thurston Hamrick, Brantley Swofford, Kiley Mullinax, Keith Manning, Randy Smith, and Timmy Brown will serve as pallbearers.
