Cherryville - Mr. Christopher Owens, 33, of 402 Kent Street, passed away on
Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at his residence.

Chris was born in Mecklenburg County, NC, a son of Tommy Owens of
Cherryville and the late Judy Dellinger Owens. Chris was a member of Shady
Grove Baptist Church of Cherryville, he was full of life and always greeted
everyone with his big smile bringing joy to everyone he met.

In addition to his father survivors include a brother, Marcus Owens of
Charlotte and two nieces, Piper Isabella Owens of Concord and Mikaya Owens
of Seattle, Washington.


Visitation will be at Shady Grove Baptist Church Family Life Center on
Saturday, March 19, 2016 from 10:45 AM to 11:45 PM and at other times the
family will be at the home.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday March 19, 2016 at 12:00 Noon with
Pastor Dale Hendricks officiating.

Burial will be at City Memorial Cemetery, Cherryville.
