Coleen White Hudson, 61, of 140 Beechnut Creek Road, Casar, went home to be
with God on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at Hospice at Wendover in Shelby.
Born December 31, 1949 in Cleveland County, she was a daughter of Minnie
Wright White and the late J.C. White. She was a homemaker and member of
Pisgah Baptist Church.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna
Hudson.
Survivors include her husband, Frank Hudson; son, Bruce Hudson of Icard;
daughter, Shelly Hudson of Icard; four grandchildren, April Hudson, Megan
Hudson, Elizabeth Stamey and Cassidy Lyon; two brothers, William White of
Casar and Jerry White of Long View; and four sisters, Mary Ruth Lane of
Newton, Elizabeth White of Casar, Gladys Smith of Morganton and Kay Peeler
of Casar.
The family would like thank to Tom and Loretta Newton and Hospice for their
love and support.
Visitation: 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, Thursday at Stamey Funeral Home, Fallston
Funeral Service: 2:00 PM, Friday at Stamey Funeral Home Chapel

Burial: Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery
