Our week #6 Shelby Shopper & Info Football Contest winner was Charlene Groves (right) of Bessemer City. Charlene is, reluctantly, a Dallas Cowboys’ fan. Above, Charlene holds her $100 winner’s check with her stepson Tyler, who helped her with her contest entry. Tyler is a San Diego Chargers’ fan. We took their picture at Cotton’s Seafood and Grill, who is one of our contest sponsors, located at 1017 N. Post Rd., Shelby. Charlene’s ballot was one of seven entries received picking 11 out of the 12 games correctly. She won by having the closest tie-breaker score of 46.
