Connie Elaine Kline Fields, 63, of 3410 Fallston Rd. in Shelby passed away Sunday September 21, 2014 at Hospice at Wendover.
Born October 8, 1950 in Washington County, MD, she was a daughter of the late Veron Peter Kline and Nellie Ruth Smith Kline. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband of forty five years, Harold Lee Fields, son, Harold Lee Fields, Jr. & friend Melissa Storms of Falling Waters, WV, daughter and son-in-law, Karen Elaine & Steve Hamrick, two grandchildren, Steven Roy Hamrick and Collin Lee Hamrick, and numerous brothers and sisters.
