Mr. Danny Robin Mosteller, age 57 of Shelby, NC, passed away in Mason City, Iowa. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm Friday, August 28, 2015 at Cleveland Memorial Park in Shelby.

He is survived by his fiancé, Amy Lou Phillips of Kings Mountain, NC, two children, Christina Bowen and husband Fred of Blacksburg, SC, and Danielle Mosteller of Oregon, his father, John "J.B." Mosteller and wife Carolyn of Shelby, NC, and his mother, Ruby (Morrison) Pruett of Shelby, NC, four grandchildren, Nicholas Bowen, Jonathan Bowen, Norah Bowen, and Evanly Mosteller, two brothers, David Eugene Mosteller and wife Cathy of Shelby, NC, and Vergil Hamrick and wife Pam of Morganton, NC, a step-sister, Angela Ivy Husky and husband Bobby of Charlotte, NC, a step-daughter, Rachael Baker of Oregon, and his beloved dog, JoJo.

Born April 13, 1958 in Shelby, NC, Mr. Mosteller was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Alva Mosteller and Grady and Ollie Morrison.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cleveland County Humane Society, 1609 E Marion St, Shelby, NC 28150.
