David Earl Greene, 53, of Shelby, passed away on Monday, April 12, 2021 at Caldwell Memorial Hospital in Lenoir.

Born in Cleveland County, NC on May 13, 1967, he was the son of the late Billy Alton Green and Dorothy Lail Green. He was a member of Mull's Memorial Baptist Church.

Survivors include his sister, Sherri Blakemore and husband, Chris of Crouse; a niece, Miranda Strickland and great-nephew, Sawyer Adams.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 15, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 16, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel with the Dr. Ervin Price officiating.

The burial will follow the service in the Rose Hill Memorial Park.
