Hickory Grove - Debra Ann Mullinax Evans, 73, of 2950 Hickory Heights Road, passed away on Friday, February 20th, 2026, at her residence.

Born in Warner Robbins, GA, she was the wife of Sheridan Evans Jr. and the daughter of the late Charles Edward Mullinax I and Flossie Lee Auton Mullinax. She was a member of Hickory Grove Church of God and she formerly worked in the deli at Walmart.

My greatest inspiration in life was when Jesus came into my life and made me a new person and the love I had for my husband and my children. Remember always let Jesus lead and guide you and you'll be on the right road.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Sheridan Robert "Robbie" Evans (Donna), Christie Evans, and Chrystal Dawn Evans; her sister, Lisa Mullinax Stamey, her grandchildren, Timothy Evans, Robert Dellenger, Jerry Green, and Jesse Green; and her great-grandchildren, Codey Green, Hudson Green, Banks Green, Evan Dellenger, River Dellenger, and Titus Dellenger.

She was preceded in death by her grandchildren, Justin Lee and Sheridan Christopher Evans, and her siblings, Charles Anna Mullinax and Charles Edward Mullinax II.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 27th, 2026 from 1:00-2:00 pm at Hickory Grove Church of God, 5701 Wylie Avenue, Hickory Grove, SC. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm at the church with Rev. Mike Goodwin officiating. Interment will be in Hickory Grove Church of God Cemetery. John Broughton, Dustin Mullinax, Brett Breedlove, Andrew Pittman, Richard Calo, and Jackie Stamey will serve as pallbearers.
