| Blacksburg -- Dennis Austin (Denny) Turner, 8 months, passed away Monday, June 18, 2012, at Upstate Carolina Medical Center.
Born in Spartanburg, Mr. Turner was the son of Daniel Clayburn Turner, III and Ashley Cox Turner of Blacksburg.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Turner is survived by a brother, Daniel Clayburn Turner, IV; a sister, Marilyn Denice Turner; grandparents, Danny and Kim Turner of Blacksburg, Calvin and Debbie Davis of Gaffney, and Barbara Rolen of Gaffney; great-grandparents, Dan and Carolyn Turner of Blacksburg, Ann Batchler of Blacksburg, C.H. Batchler of Blacksburg, Clyde and Myra Whitmire of Gaffney, and Edith Cox of Gaffney.
Mr. Turner was preceded in death by two grandfathers, Dennis Cox and Charles Rolen, and a great-grandfather, Howard Cox.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, June 21, 2012, at 11:00AM at Oakland Cemetery with Rev. Michael D. Owen, Jr. officiating.
The family will be at the residence.
