Blacksburg -- Dianne Sue Dover Walker, 62, of 189 Westmoreland Drive, passed away Thursday, October 22nd, 2015, at Mary Black Health System - Gaffney.

Born in Gaffney, she was the daughter of the late William Dover and Martha Boheler Dover. Mrs. Walker retired as a Weaver and was a member of Smyrna Baptist Church.

Surviving Mrs. Walker is one son, Daniel Alexander Walker Jr., of Blacksburg; a brother, Bill Dover, of Blacksburg; two sisters, Shirley D. White of Gaffney and Dorothy E. Wells of Blacksburg; and three grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Walker was preceded in death by a sister, Janice E. White, and a half-brother, John Robert Boheler.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 24th, 2015, from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm at Gordon Mortuary 400 West Cherokee Street Blacksburg, South Carolina 29702. Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 25th, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Smyrna Baptist Church 1613 McGill Highway Smyrna, SC 29743 with Rev. Mike Deitz, Rev. Adam Bailey, and Rev. Mike Thompson officiating. Interment will follow at Smyrna Baptist Church Cemetery. Mitchell Seagle, Harold Seagle, Jerry Wallace, Mike Westmoreland, Johnny Wyatt, Stevie Wells, William White will serve as pallbearers.

The family will be at their residences.
