| MOORESBORO - Donna Crowe Potter, 64, of Camp Creek Church Road, Mooresboro, died on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at her residence. A native of Spartanburg County, South Carolina, she was born on July 9, 1948, a daughter of the late F.H. Crowe and Cornelia Hines Durham of Mooresboro. She retired from Food Lion as a Customer Service Manager after thirty years. She was a member of Camps Creek Baptist Church.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Walter Potter. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Nicole Potter of Mooresboro; one sister, Diane Varnadore of Mooresboro; one brother, Jimmy Martin of Greenwood; two grandchildren, Tyler Potter and Jacob Humphries; special nieces and nephews, Crystal Hewitt and husband Kevin, Wendy Gilreath and husband Chris, Michelle Fowler, Denise Rimel, Michael Greene, Lacey Smith and husband Billy, Kerith Martin, Shannon Hovis and husband Jason, Dawn Greene; numerous great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Camps Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Buddy Morehead officiating. Burial will follow at Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00pm-2:00pm in the Sanctuary of Camps Creek Baptist Church.
