Dorothy Jean Randall Eubanks, age 72 of S. Jacob St. passed away Sunday, December 2, 2018 at her residence. She was born November 21, 1946 in Gaston County to Nellie Ruth Bivens Randall of Cherryville of the late Hugh Randall. Dot enjoyed yard-sales, going out to eat with family and friends and traveling to the mountains. She was an excellent cook and loved to go shagging. Dot's greatest treasures in life were her grandchildren and spending time with them. She also had a deep love for her sweet dog, "Baby II."

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her children, Tracie Eubanks Lamere of Jefferson, SC and Todd Eubanks of Calabash, NC; brother, Hugh Randall, Jr. of Cherryville; and grandchildren, Hailey Lamere, Reagan Eubanks, Emily Lamere, and Lauren Eubanks.

A memorial service will be held Monday, December 3, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Carpenter-Porter Funeral & Cremation Services with Rev. Dr. Bill Lowe officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
