Edith Louise Hoyle, 87, of Fallston, passed away Friday, May 25, 2018 at
Carolinas HealthCare System - Cleveland in Shelby.

Born in Cleveland County on October 27, 1930, she was a daughter of the late
Miles Fred Hoyle, Sr. and Inez Murray Hoyle. She was retired from Fallston
Elementary School as the cafeteria manager and was a member of Friendship
United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by four brothers, M.F.
Hoyle, Jr., David Hoyle, Murray Hoyle, and Julius Hoyle and a sister, Sally
Pearson.

She is survived by a brother, Roger Hoyle of Belwood; two sisters-in-law,
Ruby Hoyle of Shelby and Clarice Hoyle of Lawndale; and numerous loving
nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Sunday from 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM at
Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home, Fallston.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday at 6:00 PM at Rose Hill Memorial
Park, Fallston
