Edward Franklin Ellis, 88, of Grover passed away on July 30, 2026 at his residence.

He was born on October 28, 1937 in Cleveland County, to the late George Robert Ellis and Mary Ethel Elliott Ellis. Mr. Ellis was a retired farmer.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Crocker Ellis.

Mr. Ellis is survived by his son, George Ellis and wife, Glenda of Grover and a step-son, Richard Shook and wife, Susie of Patterson Springs.

Private services will be held at a later date.
