Edwin Claude “Ed” Waters, age 74, resident of 711 Sandalwood Lane, Kings Mountain, NC died June 10, 2012 at Crawley Memorial Hospital, Boiling Springs, NC. He was born in Cherokee Co, SC to the late William Claude “WC” Waters and Lela Mae White Waters. Mr. Waters was a faithful member of Christian Freedom Baptist Church, Kings Mtn. NC, served in the N.C. National Guard, and retired from Bowman Transportation, Charlotte, NC. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who thought of his family before himself.
