Gaffney, SC - - Elaine Williams Watts, 69, of 123 Laurel Lane, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Born in Kings Mountain, NC, she was the wife of Michael (Mike) David Watts and the daughter of the late Charles Floyd Williams and Nellie Mae Pearson Williams. She was a graduate of Kings Mountain High School and was retired from Brookview Healthcare. Mrs. Watts was a member of Central Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband, also surviving is a son, David Michael Watts of Gaffney; two sisters, Frances Laughter of Denver, NC and Barbara Strain and husband, Rick of Gaffney; two grandchildren, Krislyn Nicole Watts and Michael David Watts; a great-granddaughter, Mallori Elizabeth Watts; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Watts was preceded in death by two sisters, Sheila Faye Williams and Charlene Anita Hamrick.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 PM on Monday, July 24, 2017 at Blakely Funeral Home. A graveside will immediately follow at 2:00 PM at Frederick Memorial Gardens with Reverend Alan Peeler.
