Elizabeth Delaney Hodge, 31, of 503 West Pine Street, Blacksburg, passed away Monday, September 17th, 2012 at Upstate Carolina Medical Center.
Born in Spartanburg, Ms. Hodge was the daughter of Edgar Vernon Hodge and Vickie Yelton Hodge. She worked as a server at Aegean Pizza and was a member of Parkview Baptist Church in Gainesville, Florida. She was an accomplished pianist. Ms. Hodge was also an organ donor.
Ms. Hodge is survived by one son, Ian Gray Dodgen of Gaffney; one daughter, Belinda Elizabeth Dodgen of Gaffney; her parents, Edgar Vernon Hodge of Florida and Vickie Yelton Hodge of Blacksburg; her grandparents, Billy and Lois Yelton of Blacksburg.
A memorial service will be Thursday, September 20, 2012 at Hopewell Baptist Church at 3:00 p.m. The family will receive friends after the service at 143 Old Chester Road, Blacksburg, SC.
