Ella Selinger Randolph, 11, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 30, 2013.  Born in Cleveland County, she was the daughter of Bill and Amy Carpenter Randolph.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John Sel and Anna Carpenter, Lane and Hope Alexander.   Ella was a rising 6^th grader at Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy and was a member of Landmark Baptist Church.  She loved barrel racing and all animals, which she demonstrated daily as she rescued animals in need of a good home.  Lately she had expressed an interest in photography. 

Along with her parents, Ella is survived by her brother, William Selinger “Sel” Randolph; grandparents, Arthur and Phyllis Randolph of Gaffney; and numerous great aunts, great uncles and cousins.

A celebration of life service will be held at 6:00pm on Friday, August 2, 2013 at Elizabeth Baptist Church in the sanctuary.  The Rev. Allen Davis will be officiating.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the Christian Life Center at the church.  At other times the family will be at the home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to the Ella Randolph Memorial Fund, P. O. Box 489, Shelby, NC, 28151.
