On September 17, Bradley Ellis of Grover, NC participated in the Walnut Valley National Mountain Dulcimer Championship. Bradley finished second behind Aaron O’Rourke, a 25 year old from Tallahassee, FL. This 39th International Convention for Acoustic String Musicians was held in Winfield, Kansas. Bradley played a dulcimer built for him by his grandfather, Ray Anthony. Bradley is pictured with the trophy and dulcimer presented to him by the McSpadden Dulcimer Company.
