| Ernest H. Bill Williams, 80, of Chimney Rock, passed away on, May 17, 2012. Services were held at Chimney Rock Baptist Church. Burial followed in the Church Cemetery.
Mr. Williams was a United States Navy Veteran where he served in the Korean War.
Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth “Beth” Lail Williams; his parents Ernest W. Williams and Elizabeth Faircloth Williams.
He is survived by his sons, Steve Williams and wife Debi of charlotte and Doug Williams of East Bend; one sister, Alice Johnson of Greenville; two grandchildren; and his special friend Betty Brock of Autryville, NC.
