Blacksburg -- Ernest Junior Carroll, 67, of 302 South Rutherford Street, passed away on Friday, March 12th, 2021, at his residence.

Born in Cherokee County, he was the son of the late Morris Vernon Carroll and Elsie Dover Carroll. He attended activities held at the Disabilities and Special Needs Board.

Mr. Carroll is survived by three brothers, EM Carroll, Morris Carroll (Patricia), and JC Carroll; and one sister, Elsie Martin (Joe).

He was preceded in death by his brother, Elmer Carroll.

The family will receive friends on Monday, March 15th, 2021, from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm at Gordon Mortuary, 400 West Cherokee Street, Blacksburg, South Carolina 29702. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 16th, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Gordon Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Danny Marshburn officiating. Interment will follow at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will be at the residence.
