Mrs. Eunice Davis Horn, 76, of 306 Wright Rd., Kings Mountain, NC, went to be with the Lord Sunday, November 21, 2010. Services were held at Oak Grove Baptist Church, Kings Mountain, NC. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Horn was preceded in death by her parents, Crowder Garmon and Lila Minnie Lovelace Davis; 2 brothers, Norman Davis and Hershel Davis; and 1 granddaughter, Sophie Allen.
She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Oland Horn; 2 sons, Mitchell McKinney and wife Ruby, and Jerald McKinney and wife Lynn, all of Kings Mountain, NC; 3 daughters, Doris McKinney Stroup and husband Dennis of Kings Mountain, NC, Angela McKinney Roberts and husband Johnny of Polkville, NC, and Eva McKinney Allen and husband Malcolm of Vero Beach, Florida; 2 brothers, Franklin Davis of Kings Mountain, NC and Glen Davis of Grover, NC; 5 sisters, Dorothy Grigg of Waco, NC, Rachel Costner of Cherryville, NC, Sylvia Stacey and Mozell Justice, both of Kings Mountain, NC, and Fairylee Coffee of Boone, NC; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
