Mrs. Eva Roberts Harrill, 80, of Union Church Road, Lawndale, NC, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2010. Services were held at Double Shoals Baptist Church, Shelby, NC. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Ralph Harrill, Sr.; her parents, Ben Logan Roberts and Katherine Borders Roberts; an infant son; 3 brothers, Josh, George and John Logan Roberts; and 2 sisters, Mary Bridges and Nell Carroll.
She is survived by 1 son, Edwin Harrill, Jr. and wife Pam of Lawndale; 1 daughter, Jane Winter and husband Mike of Shelby; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Ed Roberts and Jerry Roberts, both of Shelby; and 2 sisters, Dorothy Campbell of Shelby, and Betty Gallamore of Atlanta, GA.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Double Shoals Baptist Church, 318 Mill Road, Shelby, NC 28150.
