Faye Buff Swink, 72, of Newton, passed away Monday, December 28, 2015 at
Sherrills Ford Hospice in Sherrills Ford.

She was born in Cleveland County on August 29, 1943 to the late Marvin Lee
Buff and Lona Mozelle Newton Buff. She was retired from Pet Dairy in
quality control.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Buff
and four sisters, Adele Hastings, Estelle Brackett, Ruby Walker Sain, and
Betty Jean Buff.

She is survived by her two sons, David Swink of Suwanee, GA and Chuck Swink
and wife Julanne of Newton; daughter, Angela Johnson and husband Jeff of
Sherrills Ford; three brothers, Wayne Buff of Connelly Springs, Roy Lee Buff
of Casar and Gerald Buff of Hickory; three sisters, Mildred Lail of Casar,
Muriel Lingerfelt of Lincolnton and Maxine Truitt of Newton; and seven
grandchildren, Patrick Swink, Alex Johnson, Tabatha Swink, Aaron Johnson,
Adam Swink, Josh Swink, and Courtney Swink.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday at 2:00 PM at
Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Fallston.
