Mrs. Faye Spencer Young, 74, of Brian Center. Gastonia, NC passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2010. Services were held at Cleveland Funeral Services Chapel. Burial followed in Boiling Springs Cemetery.
Mrs. Young was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Young; her parents, Wade Spencer and Bessie Johnson Spencer; 1 son, William “Bill” Young; and 1 brother, Wade “Buck” Spencer, Jr.
She is survived by 1 son, Jimmy Dean Young and wife Kathy of Shelby; and 1 grandson, Joshua Young of Shelby.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Victory Baptist Church, P.O. Box 385, Lattimore, NC 28089.
