Our week #5 Shelby Shopper & Info Football Contest winner was Chuck Rinehart (right) of Shelby. Chuck is a Carolina Panthers’ fan and just retired in October from Harris Teeter after 37 years. Above, Chuck receives his $100 winner’s check from John Laughlin, owner of Laughlin Furniture, located at 400 N. Lafayette St. ,Shelby. Chuck’s ballot was one of six entries received picking 9 out of the 12 games correctly. He won by having the closest tie-breaker score of 29.
