Speciality artists, headed by Kevin Wray, imprints football fields throughout our area. Gaffney High School was the first. Now, Crest, Kings Mountain, Burns and Gardner-Webb are all part of Kevin’s creations. When you look at midfield and the end zones at these stadiums, the names, mascots and other artwork are all part of his team’s work. Kevin said he enjoys designing the fields and the schools sure like what he produces. A true football field artist! The Crest High School football field’s freshly painted scheme features the talented works of “the Wray team”.
