Frances Marguerite Wright age 86 died Monday February 16, 2016 at White Oak Manor in Kings Mountain. Born in Cleveland County on June 13, 1929 she was the daughter of the late Jacob Marvin and Mary Edilda Barber Wright. Marguerite attended Bethel Baptist Church and was a member of Patterson Grove Baptist Church. . She volunteered at the Senior Center in Shelby and she wrote articles in the 1960's for the Kings Mountain Herald," Patterson and Oak Grove Community Events". Marguerite enjoyed reading and watching CNN news. In addition to her parents, Marguerite is preceded in death by two brothers, Sloan Wright and George Wright, and three sisters, Estelle Turner, Ann Queen, Elizabeth Wright.

Marguerite is survived by a sister, Cornelia Suggs of Kings Mountain and a host of nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 11:00A.M. at Patterson Grove Baptist Church with Dr. Tim Sims officiating.
