Frances McDaniel Little, 77, 214 Ninety Nine Island Road, Blacksburg, SC, went home to be with the Lord October 22, 2013, at home. Frances was the wife of Jack Little of the home and a daughter of the late James Luther and Annie Irene Moss McDaniel. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She was an active member of Hopewell Baptist Church where she was a member of the Mary Gunn Sunday School Class. She had a God-given gift of hospitality and encouragement and had a strong faith. She will truly be missed by her family, friends, church and community.
In addition to Jack, her loving husband of nearly 58 years, she is survived by two daughters - Reba L. Flores and husband, George, of N. Augusta, SC, and Robin L. Satterwhite of Gaffney, SC; four grandchildren - her beloved Trent Landon Satterwhite of Gaffney, SC, George Kevin Flores and wife, Christy, of Boiling Springs, SC, Melanie Flores Cole and husband, Brice, of Huntersville, NC, and Ariana Bolin and husband, Corey, of Aiken, SC; four great-grandchildren - Elizabeth Ann Flores, Nicholas Flores, Zachary Flores and Alyssa Cole; one brother - Nubert McDaniel and wife, Ann of Blacksburg, SC; one sister - Audrey McDaniel and husband, A. Z. of Blacksburg, SC; numerous nieces and nephews; and her special long-time friend, Jean White. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers - Tommy McDaniel and Marvin McDaniel.
The family wishes to thank her very special caregivers - her niece, Amy Wilson; Bruce Cook, Margaret Lyles; and Hospice Compassus.
The family will receive friends Saturday, October 26, 2013, from 2-4:00 PM, at Hopewell Baptist Church. A Celebration Of Life Service will be held Sunday, October 27, 2013, 3:00 PM, at Hopewell Baptist Church, with Rev. Eddie Bolin and Mr. Bruce Cook officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. At other times, the family will be at the home.
