Frances Montgomery Moss, 87, walked into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, April 20, 2016. Born January 14, 1929, to the late Dewey and Janie Montgomery, Frances grew up in Grover, North Carolina. She and her late husband, Wimp, raised their family at 101 East Ramseur Drive in Blacksburg, South Carolina and was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church.
Frances is survived by her children, Steve Moss (Cheryl) and Jane Sanders (Darryl) of Blacksburg, SC, Vickie Hudson (Tom) of Lexington, SC, and Danny Moss (Angela) of Inman, SC; grandchildren, Elizabeth Doan, Jessica Patterson, Emily White, Heather Sistare, Shaun Hudson, Alan Hudson, Molly Bridges, Megan Moss, Malory Sanders, Aaron Moss and Amelia Moss along with 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Hopewell Baptist Church on Friday, April 22, from 6 - 8 pm. The Celebration of Life Service will be held at Hopewell Baptist Church on Saturday, April 23rd at 2 pm. The family will be at the residence, 101 East Ramseur Dr.
