Francis "Frank" Joseph Cook, age 85, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Hospice Wendover. Born in Geneva, NY to the late Benjamin Franklin and Helen Cook on December 14, 1929. Frank retired from Cleveland Lumber Company and enjoyed retirement life reading history and war novels. Frank was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. In addition to his parents, Frank is preceded in death by his first wife, Jackie Cook; a son Gary Cook; three brothers; and his beloved canine companion "Toby".

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Barbara Wallace Cook; step-daughters, Ann White Mitchell; Linda White McGrath; and Debbie White Withers (Scott) all of Shelby; three grandchildren, Tammy, Scott Jr., and Meghan; one great grandchild Layla; one brother Robert Cook (Barbara) of Geneva, NY.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, May 23, 2015 at the Chapel of Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home and Crematory with Deacon James Trombley officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. Burial will be at a later date.
