Frank James Lagana, age 91, died Friday, February 5, 2016 at Testa Family Hospice House in Kings Mountain. Born in Brooklyn, NY on January 21, 1925 he was the son of the late John and Pauline Lagana. Frank was a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church. He was a Corporal in the U. S. Army and served from 1943 until 1945. He enjoyed doing puzzles. In addition to his parents, Frank is preceded in death by his wife Aileen Lagana; two brothers and two sisters.

Frank is survived by two daughters, Jackie Stover and husband Phil of Mansfield, Texas, and Diane Stroupe of Cherryville; three grandchildren, Todd Blackwell and wife Denise, Brent Blackwell and wife Brooke, and Suzanne Leder and husband Kevin; and four great grandchildren, Kylie and Alex Blackwell, and Kendall and Quinn Leder.

Memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at 2:00P.M. at Elizabeth Baptist Church with Dr. Rev. Varriale and Rev. Clinton Padgett officiating. The family will receive friends thirty minutes before the service from 1:30P.M. until 2:00P.M. in the sanctuary.
