Gail Holland Adams
 Mrs. Gail Holland Adams, 67, of 211 Christopher Rd., died Sunday, May 27th, 2012 at Carolina’s Specialty Hospital in Charlotte.  A native of Cleveland Co. she was the daughter of the late Charles Max and Wona Daves Holland.  She was employed with A.V. Wray and Son for 36 years and later retired as Administrative Coordinator at First Baptist Church after 12 years of service.  She was a member of Christopher Road Baptist Church.

SURVIVED: She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Clyde Adams of the home; sister, Maxine H. Edmondson and husband Tommy of Shelby; sister in law, Mary Hamrick and husband Jerry; brother in law, Carl Ray Adams, all of Shelby; nieces, Holly Bowman and husband Dickie of Shelby, Sandy Brittain and husband Brad of Lawndale, Carla Canipe and husband Jeff of Cherryville, and Carmen Blanton of Shelby; and many great nieces and nephews; special friend, Betty Downs of Shelby; and a special caregiver, Lisa Mitchell of Shelby.

SERVICES: Wednesday, 2pm, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel

VISITATION: The family will receive friends, 6-7:30pm, Tuesday, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home, and other times at her home.
