Mr. George Miller, Jr., 74, of Green Creek, NC, joined his wife in eternal life Tuesday, May 8, 2018.

Mr. Miller was born Jan. 10, 1944, loved his family especially watching his grandchildren play various sports. He is the son of the late Mattie Hines Miller and George Miller, Sr. He is survived by his son, George Miller, III (Trey) and wife Stephanie; daughter Tarah Simmons and husband Aaron; four grandchildren Aaron Simmons, II (AJ), Amber Miller, Cameron Simmons, and Aaliyah Miller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins who he truly adored.

Services will take place at Zion Grove, AME Zion Church in Polk County, NC on Monday, May 14th at 11:00 a.m. His worldly body is in the care of Crowe's Mortuary in Rutherfordton, NC.
